There IS Existing policy already in place regarding such an event.
Its not prcedent setting.
It is purely a decision on the part of Dr. Bob.

What the hell can I say.
But the situation says alot. Speaks volumes about Dr.Bob.
I realize I should butt out perhaps, but this means alot to me for various reasons.
