I used to do the psych testing part of disability assessments. The required tests vary by states, but in my state, we did an IQ test (the Wecshler Adult Intelligence Scales or WAIS), a memory test (Wecshler Memory Scales or WMS) and a reading test (Nelson-Denny). It's a bit grueling. For adults it can take up to 3 hours. One of the most important thing I observed and recorded was the person's test-taking attitude. If they appeared to be just blowing it off and not trying, that would go on the form. I don't know how the psychologist interpreted that in terms of a BDD report, but it always made the test process less than tolerable for both the tester and the testee.
