Do you get

so tired and run down that you have to leave work because of exhaustion? Does this have to do with depression? I am not running fever. I am just sooooo tired.

I am having some depression with it. I am wondering if the stressful week (The post about my children above) might be a cause. I dont know. Now I feel so guilty for taking the afternoon off. I have no more sick days. I took them all when I had a "nervous breakdown" right before Christmas.
