My husband and I were talking about this the other day. Between cable channels and TIVO and DVD sets, we end up watching those things we already know we like and dont' learn that much about new shows unless someone recommends them.
Or unless they happen to come on a cable channel we are watching something else on, and are too lazy to change the channel.
That's how I found Criminal Intent. :)
Maybe his character is sort of what a magically good therapist would be like, and that's why I find it attractive.
