You do not need to decide whether you have problems or not. You simply need to decide whether you need IRL support or not. I think that the answer to that question is pretty clear--yes. You aren't unhappy all of the time, but you are distressed frequently enough that you need to do something about it. Being as severely upset as you often are is no way to live. You deserve better.
You do not need to be insane or sick all of the time to see a counselor and/or psychiatrist. Many of us here have encouraged you to arrange to have consistent treatment. Do it. If you have a hard time describing what is going on with you, print out some of your posts (and/or our posts) and bring them in.
What is hold you back from taking care of yourself? What would you like us to tell you? Do you have questions or fears that we could help you with? Think about it okay?
