Something I've noticed about p-docs

OK, this might not apply to *all* pdocs, so I'm not generalizing here.

I've noticed that p-docs never make a big deal out of my suicide and self-harm threats. I think this is a very good thing. They don't over-react. They are always so calm about everything.
Has anyone else noticed this?

Once in a while they are so calm about it that I start finding my own threats kind of funny and ridiculous. I'm guessing that is because of the weird juxtaposition of their calm verses my out of control behaviour.

Other people tend to freak out and upset me.
