Don't think the thought didn't occur to me. But then I figured the fates might decide to give me something to feel sorry for. :)
I was speaking to someone else today who lost everything. And again, they found some reason to feel lucky. In comparison I have every reason to feel grateful that I got off so lightly.
(But I don't want to! It's not fair!)
