There are many types of abuser and varying in degrees are their crimes. It's obvious that there is a problem with physical abusers. Other individuals who are psychologically and emotionally abusive are less easy to spot.
Would it be justified to impart brain damage to those who are dubbed abusive as a way of treating their "condition" such that when they have a temper tantrum it will be of less intensity and therefore they'll be less dangerous.
