a friend told me to have a rakie session to see if it helps. i called the woman that performs it and she seems very nice and told me that she could probably help me in just a few, hour-long sessions. i am a bit skeptical just because in my mind, i just can't see it being so simple. never-the-less, the thought of being helped in such a short period of time seems very appealing and i just have to give it a shot. she told me that there has to be some underlying unresolved issue that i possibly don't even know is there and this causes your body and mind to be consumed by negative energy. she said that what she does is try to relieve the body of the bad energy and re-energize it with positive energy. i will be ecstatic if it really works, i'm just a little skeptical is all. which could be a problem because i feel that for it to work, i would really, truely have to believe in it. i'm not sure what exactly to think of it. has anyone here ever tried it before? Does it help?
