yeah exercise is good...
gets your bodies natural opiates (endorphins) going
hard to feel lethargic, depressed, or sad when you get those cranking...(actually managing it when you are in such a state is the hardest thing)
also good for when you are in one of those states.
maybe take up kickboxing or something ;-)
