I had never heard of sweet tea until I moved to the east coast. I was born and raised on the west coast. When I would have tea I would basically have a cup of sugar with a few drops of tea added. Little did I know that it was called sweet tea. People always thought I was nuts with how much sugar I would put in my tea. Now I know I'm not nuts! :-D
