I think I understand what I did wrong

I think that I "get" why people were so upset at what I wrote.
I think that maybe joking about death or making light of death by suicide is like a person joking around or making light of sexual abuse or something. I get that...that would be very inappropriate and horrible for abuse survivors.
I'm sorry people.
GG was right about the escalation of behaviour thing too...mine escalated.
I hope Dr. Bob can forgive me.
I'm going to get some help though...it was scary cuz the counselor at the student counseling centre must have freaked out or something. She made me go see a doctor immediately...thank goodness I said the right things and the doctor decided I didn't have to go to the hospital after all! Yikes!!
I'm going to see my p-doc's replacement in less than 2 weeks now...I'm scared.
