I think you should do it ONLY when and if you want to.
Your timetable is the only one there is :-)
Me, I couldn't even imagine doing that, even though I feel very close to many Babblers. Way to scary, risky, 'cause I don't like how I look right now, so can't impose it on others.
Mostly it's 'cause I weigh too much and it shows a lot in the face.
Like I CARE about weight with other people....NOT!!
But for me, it's FAR too revealing to share the physical side...:-(
