Thank you, zen. I neglected to mention that I did go to the emergency room on Saturday. They took about a zillion x-rays and found (as I suspected) no broken bones. I didn't really want to go because I figured some soreness was to be expected, but my in-laws made me.

I went home from work early yesterday and stayed home today. The rest has helped and I'm feeling much better.
