I'm on Seroquel too. 300 mg at night and it still doesn't put me to sleep reliably. God how I wish I could take a nap sometimes but I can't sleep without meds. Maybe there are some tricks out there for getting to sleep without meds.
<<15 minute break>> There was a wasp in my room. I manage to sneak a window open while it wasn't looking and then ran away for a while. I think it's safe now.
Anyway, I'm thinking of trying one of those meditation tapes or something so that I can take naps. If anyone knows of something else that works, please let me know.
