I think I went psychotic again :-(

I think sometimes I get very very close to being delusional...maybe I was, I'm not sure...maybe I still am a little.
No one understood my reaction...it did not make any sense...it only made sense to me.
No one understood even when I tried to explain myself...none of it made any sense.
How do I know if I was really delusional?
I'm scared.
