it sounds like a typical day in the life of mel.
the only hope I have is to make a list in the morning of what I want to do that day. A small list or I'm setting myself up for failure.
Then I can pace around the room a few times, stand up, sit down, stare into space and <deep breath> do the next thing on the list.
repeat the process.
