a quick note... I kept almost all (well, minus the baby's actual 7.5 lbs) the weight until he started to walk. Then the pounds just melted away and my waist was back.
Of course that was many years ago- now I'd love to get rid of the loose SKIN it left behind and the pooch belly which plays hide and seek under it on any given day... Weirdest thing, sometimes the pooch is there, sometimes it's not...
