Its my b-day and I feel soo bad

I turned 33 today...amazing I have made it this long. I have recently found out that I either have BP or BP2- Im leaning towards 2, because of certain behaviors that I have read about it. I def. have the depression too. So, its sad that Its suppose to be a special day for me today, but I would rather not be here at all.....
