So I've just been offered a job with a MAJOR raise in pay. SOunds good, right? I'm completely freaking out.
I've worked at my current place of employment for 10 years now and of course feel quite comfortable - have made good friends, like the UNiversity, etc. One sad fact however is that I am extremely underpaid.
My new place of employment will be a small liberal arts college, this in contrast to where I am now which is a large urban University.
Why am I posting this??? I'm freaking out. I'm excited and scared half to death at the same time.
