Hi Logan,
I think your post about adult ADD may have gotten lost in the shuffle. There are several good books out there.
One is
"Driven to Distraction: Recognizing and Coping with Attention Deficit Disorder from Childhood Through Adulthood"or "ADD-Friendly Ways to Organize Your Life"
You can click on any of these links and go directly to Amazon. If you read any of these, would you mind posting about them here? I've got them on my Amazon wish list, and I would love hearing feedback from someone before I buy any of them.
Also, I don't know if you see a therapist, but there are also cognitive behavioral techniques out there that should be covered by insurance that can help you accomodate to your diagnosis.
Good luck!
