I still say you need to adopt yourself and treat yourself as well as you would treat a precious newborn....
You give away a lot of love that you should be giving to yourself.
Your babies may be growing up, but you still need your love and so do they.
I think you should try to get a job in the NICU... gather and spread the love with the babies; do a great service to yourself AND earn a paycheck--- goodness, how great would THAT potentially be???
