(shoulder shrug) not terribly great.
I'm still very anxious and now easily triggered. We had quite a blustery morning here and it took my mind right back to last summer's hurricanes. It was one storm after another, boom, boom, boom, and the stress of evacuating multiple times, securing the belongings in the house, and seeing the aftermath all around me... well, I seem to get easily spooked and triggered all of a sudden. Hearing the wind howl and seeing flimsy plastic lawn furniture take a flight down the street filled me with panic. Darn this adrenaline. It's not like I'm in any danger whatever, but my body sure behaves like it is. I see another med change in my future.Kind of makes you want to crawl under the covers.
