Hi Sally and welcome to Babble.

This place can be confusing sometimes, with so many boards. There is a board for psychology and therapy, and I redirected your post there. There are lots of terrific and helpful posters there, although not always on the weekend, so don't be discouraged if you don't get replies right away.

I'm off to work right now, but I hope I'll get back to you later this evening.
