Do you listen to specific CDs when depressed?

Posted by Angel Girl on January 25, 2005, at 8:52:55

I do. I always seem to gravitate to the same CD. Sarah McLachlan's "Solace". I'm not sure if it helps me to feel better or if I can relate the words to how I am feeling or both or none. I just know that every time I sink a little lower, that is the only CD that I will want to listen to. No other will do until I start to feel not so depressed again.

How 'bout you?
