For me Babble is like talking to myself (or typing to myself), only there are people reading who say, "me, too" or "oh, no", or "call the doctor NOW". I don't post expecting replies, though I hope for them. Sometimes I just type and it helps to get the words out of my head and on to the screen. You see that a lot. Someone will post about what a horrible time they are having, and by the end of the post, they say they are already feeling better.
There are those who can keep threads going for days. There are threads that inspire enormous responses (not always favourable ones). And there are threads that sound like one hand clapping... I've had those, too.
Angel Girl - I think you are doing fine here. I read and appreciate your posts.
