examin your cycle. do your moods switch because of external factors? would u call it a manic state and then a depressed state?
they discovered it was borderline for me by asking my partner. i lash out at the fear im gonna be left or that im being neglected. also one thing that i beleive is a lil different to bipolar is that my 'manic' state so to speak is actually anger and anxiety. the other flip side is major depression. sort of like 3 seperate ilnesses that i switch between on my own accord or when i feel im being disrespected, put down, talked about, abandoned or mistreated. I also dont like dr's who assume, i verbally attacked the pdoc at the hospital when she suggested i was fine and i go home. didnt realise at the time (as i wasnt medicated) but i reacted that way because i felt she was saying "theres nothign wrong with you"... i then went on to take an overdose in the hospital toilets... *shaking head* wtf am i?
