Only thing to say is that most of your feelings are shared with the majority of people, not just those with "problems".
I have come to accept that my wife's declining sex drive as just a normal part of the aging process. We are in our mid 40's . I want to go-go-go and she likes once a week. Oh well. Remember your spouse still loves you.

As for the yule time thing, I think it's like post-partum depression. An inevitable side effect of all the holly jollyness. It will pass too. Begin by telling yourself it is not abnormal to feel the way you do. Yesterday my 7 year old bought Valentines. She would not take no for an answer, she had to have them. To her it was kind of like, So new years day has come and gone, Whats up next?
