What happened? Are you okay? I didn't know you were in such a horrible state. PLease tell me how you are doing. Even if it is just through babblemail. Larry's list was very good. I agree with him. Although I've never been in one, there have been times where I have needed to put "important" things on hold because of my mental state (like school). I hope you get the rest you need.
