i was up too late Sunday night to get up early enough to call and ask if i could go with them. i have a terrible time getting to sleep lately. so i went and met my new therapist that afternoon. i really think that it is going to work out well with her and i am glad i went. she wants to try DBT. i am not crazy about all the worksheets/homework and stuff, but it is all right. she actually called me today to check on me! that is a first. never had a therapist do that before.
i still miss my family but i will get to see them New Year's Eve day, so i don't have too long to wait. and i did get plenty of pictures of everybody opening gifts at my aunt's house. i had a good time, even though i was a little out of it b/c of the Klonopin i had taken.
