I'm off work while I gather my brains into a little pile and stick them back in. I go back on the 20th and I'm nervous about falling apart again there.
During my leave I've changed my hormone therapy (helped my moods a lot), changed antidepressants (effexor to cymbalta), stopped taking wellbutrin so I've slept for 2 days now!, started going to AA, and started seeing a new T as my old one closed her practice. So I've been busy.
I'm leaving tomorrow for an 8-day trip to the west coast which I am really looking forward to.
I am much, much better than I was 2 months ago. Please quote me on that in the future!!How are you these days, Glydin?
