you can have a craving for the things that you are addicted to- IF you have an addiction at all.
I think that's what Rod was saying. One person's "too much" is another's "too little", so to speak. I have a craving (a hankering) for a nice glass of Shiraz. I have my glass, have a second- then I've had too much for ME. I am not addicted to alcohol, so the two glasses of wine just gives me a headache. For others, their craving for a single glass of wine eases past two glasses into their addiction, which seems to never be fulfilled. Usually they pass out before they feel "finished" with the drinking.
