I read that the Amisulpride I ws taking could cause thast and myperiods stopped so I had my docter test my prolactin. If it is a little high it will not hurt you. I am told that even so high as mine that my periods stopped is not unusual and not to worry about it. But i am to see an endocrinologist friday. I went off the Amisulpride yesturday because my stomach was just getting so big in my eating disorder eyes that I could not tolerate it anymore. I told myself I would never go off a med because of weight if it was helping that I was not that ill well i was wrong. Perhaps if it was really making a difference in my depression not just a slight shift in how I feel but am still so deplressed I barely function. Don't know. I hope tht my "belly " goes down with stoping the med. I ws on another hormaone one time and my breasts grew 1 and 1/2 sizes and they never got smaller when I went off of it.
I hope all the stuff I write is somewhat helpful. I am writing form lpersonal experience kind of subjectively. I wrote you another post a minute ago hope it is helpful. It will seem like one to tie your hands I know.irene
