You are so sweet. Thank you for the reassurance. I am not on any meds at all right now so I think that is part of the problem!And yes, I have been in therapy for a total of about ten years...that is what I find so distressing about all this. I feel like I should be better by now...not have these really high scores. But I guess that's not how it works.
