Hi Adagrace

I have every love song compilation CD imaginable. I have too often been told that my depression is caused by my music and that I should listen to positive stuff. Comments from the ignorant.

My ex husband pawned my Elton John and Rod Stewart CD's for his drug habit and so far I have only managed to replace Rod Stewart. Lovely CD.

I find my sad songs boost me, calm me and sooth me. If my mood is down then my sad music will help me to cry and cry and cry and sometimes a good cry is like chicken soup for the soul.

If I know that the music might affect me negatively, I don't listen to any.

Another favourite is "I wish it would rain down" by Phil Collins.

Your accident was quite recent. I'm surprised you're back at work already. Hope that it isn't physically demanding.

I sense that though you are sad, you're also very angry. There's a lot of anger in your post. Sad music is good for anger, don't you think?

Please take care and I am so happy that you are enjoying one of the greatest gifts on earth. Music!

Sabrina
