Some time ago, on one of these boards, there was a short discussion about the wearing of different colours. Anyone who remembers that, I'm wearing Red today... Wahoo!!!! AND I actually forgot to take my meds this morning ANd for the first time I didn't feel anxious about Not taking them for one day ... and I almost went to sleep last nite without my sleep med. Omigosh please let this last, pleasepleaseplease
