Dear diary September 2

Yesterday was *terrible* despite a shopping trip to Berkeley w/ a friend. Went to an Indian grocery for ingredients. Felt depressed, slowed down, unable to concentrate....all those good feelings.

I started feeling better today. Maybe this means that I'm responding to the increased dose of Marplan. Hallelujah. I need something good to happen.
