> I bought this album (Linkin Park "Meteora") this past week while "away" on a small vacation up North with my Dad. Well, I am 34, and I LOVE this disc. For anyone who has ever had mental health issues, it is a wonderful, cathartic album that makes you feel SO much less alone in this world. Yes....anger and sadness all bottled up. The haunting synths...the crunching guitars....the passionate vocals. This line(s) above is/are perfect

"I would" too. I am SO glad to hear from someone who feels the same way about that cd. I bought it when it first came out and it hasn't left my car cd player since.
A friend of mine, who isn't a fan of hard music, was in my car one day when I had it on. She asked why I liked it so much. I responded "because it sounds like I feel." That was the first time it occurred to me, but it's true.
Some of lyrics to their songs could have come straight out of my own mind. It definitely helped me during some of the most difficult times I have ever had. The song that you quoted, hearing that song felt like someone took everything I have been feeling and expressed it for me.
I'm 32, by the way.
