You might have a conditional call neurocardiogenic syncopy. Syncopy is a fancy word for fainting. It occurs when you have a temporary lowing of your blood pressure and it can be made worse by stress. Here's a link to more information.

I also have a bad habit of thinking that I need to sit down within a certain amount of time or else I'll faint and so I run in the general direction of something to sit on. This results in my running and collapsing within a few steps. Now I am told to crouch or sit where I am and breathe slow and put my head down for a bit. Seems to help. Maybe it's low blood pressure or something...
