I think white hair, pale skin and pale blue eyes sounds beautiful & otherworldly. I don't think mine will ever go white. My grandma was still salt-n-pepper in her late 80s. My mom barely had any gray in her 50s. I just have a little gray. I don't mind the color, it's the wiriness that bugs. The gray strands are all wiry and kinky looking and stick out.

I used to do home henna treatments and that turned out well (well, good enough for a college kid) but I've never tried bleach. Live and learn. I'm afraid it's wrecked the texture too. The canopy of my hair would form some corkscrews, but now it's just all frizz.

Cutting it off isn't very appealing. I've had 1 inch hair before and it isn't flattering to my face. My features aren't delicate enough for ultra-short hair. I thought I just looked mannish.

Oh, and I woke up with streaky orangey legs from the fake tan. Guess I wasn't meant to look like Malibu Barbie. The receptionist at my job uses fake tan and it looks beautiful. I would have never guessed it was fake. Didn't work for me, now I'll have to wear long skirts til it fades.

Sigh.
