funny story.. my friend came with me over my birthday and she's decided to swear off shaving of any kind. i didn't know it until she lifted her arm. it scared me a bit. she asked me on the long drive to my home town what i thought and i said 'bertha, you scared me when you lifted your arm.'
then, my sister babs saw it and pulled me aside and said 'bertha scares me with her pit hair.' i said 'babs, it's ok, it scared me at first too, but, once you look it in the face, it's not all that scary.'
when bertha asked me if anyone else said anything about it, i said 'babs said she was scared and i told her i was scared at first too.' we both laughed (we've all been friends for a very long time).
a family member thought it was a spider, but my other sister told the family member not to swat at it, it was pit hair!
but, i think the feel of soft, smooth legs is very feminine.... and your other comment... well, i've found that my martini just ran out, so i need a refill (gulping, gulping, gulping)...
