dream catcher

the dream catcher idea is a great one. i am 23 and i had bad nightmares starting at age 14. my ex bought me a dream catcher and i have not had a bad dream since. i know it sounds silly, but they really do work. they dont cost alot at all. you dont need a big one either. buy one and put it above your head, i used a tack to put it on the wall. it works, let me know.
