I'm happy for you, about the meeting with the new therapist. It sounds really promising.

I lost my mom about 8 years ago and also live far from her gravesite. On the anniversary I'll sometimes light a candle for her. I never thought of asking a relative to put flowers for me-- that was a nice idea. Be gentle with yourself today.
