Hey Lynne, I haven't checked the posts in a while. I see that you have begun your decrease. Glad that so far you feel okay. I hope that this works out for you. I think that I am finally starting to feel the effects of increasing to 20. Although this is the week before my period so I am feeling a little bit "fragile". Things are a little stressed right now for me but my final exam is this Saturday and dance is over for the girls this week too. So next week should be smooth sailing.
