My mood is really unstable right now, and I'm waaaay behind on work. I was playing with my Depakote dose to please my migraine doctor, but am now going back to the regular amount so maybe things will simmer down.
My therapist has been utterly fabulous lately. He's turning into SuperShrink. He knows me well enough to know the dynamics involved and neither downplay them or make too big a deal about them. I hope it lasts. :)
I told him yesterday that I was jealous sometimes of Daisy's therapist (and he didn't get overly offended), but I don't know. Right now I think he's juuuust right.
Anyway, as mood instability goes, this bout isn't too bad. I'll be ok in a week or so when it settles down. And maybe I'll get some more good moods out of it in the meantime.
You've sounded pretty good lately. Are you feeling as good as you sound?
