I feel like she wasn't such a good friend if she couldn't stay with me through my hard time. I didn't always feel that way. I used to wonder why she decided to break contact with me. I went through a pretty awful time last summer and she was there for me. Then she went back to college and stopped answering my messages. I feel like we didn't have much in common so its not a big loss. But I didn't always feel this way, because I used to value her friendship. Only recently have I come to this conclusion. I still wish I could ask her what made her want not to stay in contact with me.
