I appreciate everyone helping me celebrate! I think this was my best birthday ever. I'm finally on good meds, and my mood was really up, and I did all kinds of fun things (the race on Sunday, breakfast Monday, lunch Tuesday and went to see Nickel Creek last night!). I hope this is what real life (post mental illness) is always like. I'm like a totally different, and much more fun and happy, version of myself. I wish it for all of you! On your birthdays and every day.
