blah! i feel like i am having a meltdown (perfect word lynne!) today. id been feeling noticeably better on 20mg and .25 xanax...but i slept horribly last night and now feel kind of half-panicky, dizzy and anxious. ive only been on 20mg a week but every bad day makes me feel like im losing the lex battle!! :( em
