lol ok...more for me.....no i am not on atkins but am a diabetic and a fitness freak so atkins treats give me something good to eat....and i can stay within normal blood sugar ranges and stay the size I am....I am lean and HAVE to stay that way to avoid diabetic issues in health I DO eat a VERY healthy diet..but do not diet if that makes sense...and if I were not diabetic with all I know now I would still avoid all refined sugar...and way WAY limit refined flour.... :) Oregon..mega rainy?
