I was sent to bed by my T after that post! Drank a half bottle of wine and felt the world crashing down on me. Went to sleep without taking xanax and only woke up 2 times. The cat also woke up, so it wasn't just me.
I don't have any friends in the world beyond the internet. I'm afraid to make friends at work because I am pretty sure it would eventually cost me my job. I left for work a 1/2 hour early because I wasn't sure I could drive.
Feel nauseous, shakey.
And how was your night?
